About The Role
Hud is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our GTM team and help drive pipeline growth in global markets. This role sits at the front line of our go-to-market motion and plays a critical role in opening new opportunities with technical buyers and senior stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, high-pace role for someone who enjoys outbound, is motivated by results, and wants to grow into a closing or leadership position in a fast-moving startup environment.
Hard Skills / Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or a similar outbound-focused role
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls, account-based outreach)
- Experience engaging technical buyers and senior managers in initial conversations
- Strong qualification skills and ability to identify real buying signals
- Experience working with CRM and pipeline generation tools and maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data
- Comfortable working across global markets
- Comfortable with high-volume, phone-first outbound, and confident handling initial objections and pushback
- Curious and hands-on with AI tools, using them to improve prospecting, research, messaging, and productivity
